What is the price range of your dresses?

Our dresses range from $1200 to $2700.

What size dresses do you have in store, and what sizes can you order?

Our samples are generally size 1o to size 14. Two of our designers allow dresses to be ordered up to a size 16/18, and the rest of our designers allow for ordering in pretty much any size, although in some cases pattern change charges may apply.

What should I bring to my appointment?

We suggest bringing or wearing a strapless bra and nude or neutral undergarments. If you already have the shoes you want to wear to your wedding, we suggest bringing them; however, we do have some heels in the store for use when trying gowns on.

Who should I bring to my appointment?

We recommend you bring the people that you trust to give honest (but kind!) opinions and will support you in your dress-buying adventure. We do ask that you keep in mind that we are an intimate boutique, so we recommend bringing no more than five people with you.

Are we allowed to take pictures during the appointment?

Yes, absolutely! We want you to feel comfortable, and being able to take pictures to look at later is part of that. We’ll even tell you where to stand for the best lighting!

None of the appointment times available work for me. Can I still come in?

When should I order my dress?

Most of our dresses take a minimum of four to six months to come in. We recommend ordering no later than six to eight months before your wedding to play it safe.

My wedding is way closer than six months away – can you still help me?

We will do our best to make sure you get your dream dress in time! Several of our designers are willing to do rush orders, although in most cases a rush fee does apply.

Do you sell anything other than wedding dresses?

We do have one style of bridesmaids dress by Arroh & Bow. We also sell accessories like belts and hair pieces as well as veils.

Do you take consignment or second-hand dresses?

We do not take consignment or second-hand dresses.

Do you do alterations in-store?

We do not do alterations in store, but we do have several excellent places that we recommend. Feel free to ask us more during your appointment!

What is a sample sale?

A sample sale is when the store wants to sell some current inventory off the rack to make room for new styles! This is a great time to get gently worn or like-new dresses at a discount. You would come in for an appointment and try on our sample gowns, and if one fits or is up to a couple sizes too big, that’s the perfect opportunity to buy the dress directly off the rack. Sample sale dresses go home with you the day you purchase them, and it does require paying in full at the time of purchase. Sample dresses can still be ordered new from the designer, but that does mean that you pay full price instead of the discounted price for the off-the-rack sample.
